Their Moscofilero is a benchmark expression of this extraordinary indigenous grape — grown at high altitude in the Mantinia plateau of the Peloponnese, where cool temperatures preserve the variety’s signature floral intensity and natural acidity. Fermented in stainless steel with short skin contact, no malolactic fermentation, and brief aging on fine lees, it is crafted to showcase the grape’s pure, aromatic character without interference.
