Bittermens Salmiakki Dala is a Scandinavian Fernet. Made with a combination 10 botanicals including saffron, aloe, liquorice root, sal ammoniac, anise and chicory, this is a bitter salt-liquorice-flavoured spirit.
Flavorful yet bitter candies are unique because they use Sal Ammoniac, also known as Salt of Ammon, to give it that special salty finish.
