Their Vermut Rosé brings that same Sherry-house precision to the world of vermouth, creating a distinctly Andalusian expression that is as beautiful in the glass as it is on the palate.
The Lustau Vermut Rosé Vermouth Jerez 750ml is a sweet rosé vermouth built on a blend of Palomino Fino, Moscatel, and Tintilla de Rota sherries — the last a rare, indigenous red grape variety from the Jerez region that lends the wine its delicate pink hue and red fruit character. The blend is fortified with neutral spirit distilled from 100% Airén grapes and infused with a carefully selected bouquet of botanicals: wormwood, cardamom, nutmeg, vanilla, and chamomile.
The nose opens with vanilla, thyme, oregano, cedar, and fig. On the palate, orange peel, strawberry, and rose geranium emerge alongside green cardamom and orange blossom, all carried through to a long, elegant Sherry finish. Serve chilled over ice with a slice of orange — or use as the foundation of a stunning Spritz or Negroni Rosé.
