A silky sweet crème de cassis produced by high quality Burgundy-based outfit Joseph Cartron. Cartron have been in the business of distilling since 1882, so they know a thing or two about creating a tasty blackcurrant liqueur.
Flavored with Noir de Bourgogne blackcurrants (which are known for the juicy fleshy berries, perfect for adding a strong fruit flavor to a liqueur), this crème de cassis is packed with powerful sweet notes of jammy blackcurrant.
This bottling was honored with a silver medal in the 2013 International Wine and Spirit Competition in 2013.
