The Nicky Hahn Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a striking deep ruby color — almost black with vivid crimson highlights — and a beautifully balanced nose of black cherry, anise, olive, and cedar. Rich, ripe, and generous on the palate, it delivers dark fruits, raspberry, and a touch of hard candy, finishing with a whisper of tobacco and firm, well-structured tannins anchored by a bright acid core.
Winemaker Adam LaZarre recommends pairing with a rack of lamb with sundried cherry sauce or beef medallions with cranberry Dijon chutney.
