A blend of 85% Sangiovese, 10% Canaiolo, and 5% Colorino, this Chianti has a brilliant ruby red color. The nose is fruity and intense, with aromas of black cherry and violets. The palate is soft and medium-bodied, with moderate acidity. Pair this with pasta dishes (classic!) and medium-aged cheese.
