This sparkling was made with an in-bottle secondary fermentation process without any added sugar. It is well-balanced with a pleasant sweetness derived from rice and refreshing sharpness from the fizz.
Tasting Notes: A fruity aroma reminiscent of green apples and Japanese ‘Wagashi’ treats. Some sweetness, moderate fizziness, and a refreshing crisp finish Highest Grade | Junmai-Daiginjo Nigori sake Best Served: Chilled, 41 degree F (5°C) or below.
