Description
Tucked behind Dalton Mountain, Kerem Nadav is surrounded by the wild Birkat Kash nature reserve at approximately 700m elevation. Two varieties — Cabernet Sauvignon (70%) and Petit Verdot (30%) — grow together in this single vineyard rooted in heavy Basalt soil, co-fermenting to create a uniquely expressive wine of place. Each wine in Dalton’s Single Vineyard series encapsulates a site-specific microcosmos: its soil, landscape, and the climate that shapes them.
The vineyard is farmed using sustainable practices, with rich biodiversity: nesting boxes for owls, and goats that graze in winter to reduce reliance on fossil fuels.
