Description
Cumberland Falls is the newest label to show up with bourbon produced from DSP-KY–10 (the distilling license of Green River Distilling). They are a bit of a mystery as no social media or website exists and the bottle has little-to-no information about the company itself. We can probably assume thatthey use Green River’s standard 70% corn, 21% rye, 9% malted barley bourbon mash bill. The label says that it was aged for four years and indicates that it was handcrafted in small batches.
