A mixed mash bill single pot still distillate that includes malted barley, unmalted barley, oats, and rye, all grown locally in Ireland, is initially matured in heavily charred ex-Bourbon barrels from Kentucky. It’s then finished in fine Madeira casks that held wine ranging from sweet to dry.
