The vines are old and yield small, concentrated grapes of remarkable identity, their deep, slightly reddish clay soil imparting a distinctive character that sets this cuvée apart. The Pinot Fin — an ancient biotype of Pinot Noir prized for its exquisite delicacy — reveals itself in every sip: complex, precise, and built for the table rather than the aperitif.
