A new and exclusive offering for those who appreciate the finest Mediterranean gin. We use only water drawn from a natural spring, deeply embedded in the slate rock of the Priorat region. Every ingredient, and every step of the process, is 100% natural.
We extract the very essence of juniper, rosemary, fennel, pine, lemon, and especially: figs. We combine these botanicals from the Priorat mountains with lemon peel from the southern part of our Catalan Mediterranean coast.
