This single barrel was exclusively selected for BCLIQUOR. Wilderness Trail Single Barrel Family Reserve Cask Strength is made with a mash bill of 64% corn, 24% wheat, and 12% malted barley. The higher percentage of wheat lends to a sweeter, more baking spice flavour profile. Flavours of vanilla, caramel, and cinnamon finish long and sweet with hints of oak and toffee.
