Straw yellow with golden highlights. Complex, fruit and herbal aromas, with hints of oak, vanilla and nutmeg. Fruity, peach, grapefruit, lemon-lime and mineral favours. Medium body with roundness, a pleasant mouthfeel and good balance. The finish is long, clean and spicy yet delicate.
