Description
Pure Carricante, Indigenous Sicilian grape, straw coloured. On the nose, the wine is very balanced with notes of honey and intense aromas of fresh fruit and flowers. Pairs well with fish and seafood, white meat, grilled vegetables, and soft goat cheese.
