Description
Chichibu Single Cask 2009 is a limited edition from the promising Chichibu distillery founded in 2008 by Ichiro Akuto. This whisky is the exclusive bottling of the cask 641, a former Bourbon cask, in which the precious liquid was distilled in 2009. Its subtle profile, full and rich expresses a wide range of aromas characterized by fruity notes of candied lemon, coconut milk and ripe fruit, but also airy, floral and malty notes. Some mineral and spicy notes with particular aromas of black pepper and star anise, come to enrich the aromatic complexity.
