Description
Chichibu distillery is a small distillery with only nine full-time employees, it is owned by Venture whisky which was founded in 2004 in Chichibu city, Saitama just outside of Tokyo. This special cask was bottled to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of the Number One Drinks Company, a company that has brought Japanese whisky to light when the world was closed to it. Specially selected and created by Ichiro Akuto, this cask has all the hallmarks of genius that come from this remarkable master blender. This Chichibu single cask was matured in Bourbon cask number 635. Distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2016 at 62.1% ABV.1 Bottle limit.
