Description
Chichibu has always been turned towards innovation. Elaborated with whiskies distilled between 2010 and 2014, this single malt was matured in ex-bourbon cask before being refined for 1 to 2 years in casks having previously held IPA beer. The result is a robust, hoppy and citrusy whisky with prominent bitterness from the IPA hops influence. The lavender floral aromas intermingle with exotic nutmeg and spice notes. Vanilla, oak and honey envelop the hops influenced malt on the finish.
