Description
The nose of this golden amber coloured dram is plentifully reminiscent of the sherry butts in which it matured for 61 years: sweet and fruity accompanied by almonds toasting over an oak fire. One sip of this medium-bodied, elegant old Speysider delights: the initial white pepper heat is enriched by warm apple crumble and a dark chocolate finish. Distilled in 1951 and bottled in 2013, only 358 bottles produced. Cask 2760 and 3202.
