Domaine Rossignol-Février has been producing estate-bottled wines from their family vineyards since 1920. Frederic Rossignol is the 5th generation to run this family domaine. He farms 7.5 hectares biodynamically, with Demeter certification since 2009. Light and subtle, with mineral notes and a hint of nuts, enjoy this Aligoté with grilled fish, shellfish or goat cheese.
