Beautifully complex and elegant, this rare limited release rum celebrates Joy Spence’s 20th Anniversary as Master Blender. The rum has been aged a minimum of 25 years and includes rum aged up to 35 years. Opening with Appleton Estate’s trademark delicate orange peel top note and intertwined with ginger and spice, it finishes with warm vanilla, butterscotch, coffee, and lingering layers of almond and toasted oak. Only 1,000 cases of this rare liquid were produced globally.
