Description
The 2021 Giro de Abargues shows notes of lavander flowers, bouquet garni, Violets and red flowers. On the palate displays red berries, herbs and mineral ferric notes, like iron and blood. This is a sharp and bright wine with very fine tannins and a great balance and freshness. Long, elegant and deep wine. It’ll develop nicely in bottle. Ideal pairings with paellas, game, tuna and fatty fish, white meats, grilled meats, charcuterie and cheese.
