A single vineyard bottling from a one hectare parcel in the De Moor’s village of Courgis. Considered to be their best plot ourside of the 1er Crus. Fermentation and aging took place in a small foudres and barrels. Long alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. Aged 11 months on the lees without racking or cold stabilization.
