The 67Wine Somm Series is a project created by our in-house buyer and sommelier, Oscar Garcia Moncada — a meticulously curated collection of high-quality, value-driven wines selected to represent the best of what the wine world has to offer at an accessible price. The Cava 67 Rosé Brut is Oscar’s sparkling rosé selection: a 100% Garnacha Cava made using the Traditional Method and aged one year in the cellar after disgorgement — a wine of genuine character, freshness, and personality that punches well above its price.
The color is pale transparent pink. The nose offers a bouquet of wild raspberries, cranberries, and tangerine peel — fresh, vibrant, and inviting.
