Distilled and bottled on the island paradise of Mauritius. The locally grown cane matures on volcanic soils, which impart a unique quality to the juice and this rum. Spicy and smooth, lightly aged and filtered for a great depth of flavor without the heavy burnt sugar flavors. Great for mixing and sipping alike.
