Both are made using the traditional method (Méthode Traditionnelle) in the Penedès region of Catalonia, Spain, and offer exceptional value in Spanish sparkling wine.
Producer Notes
Marrugat Cava Brut Selección NV (Xarel·lo, Macabeu, Parellada) — Smooth and silky on the palate with green apple, lime, and a fresh, lively finish. The carbonic content keeps it crisp and refreshing. WE 87 pts.
Marrugat Cava Brut Rosé (Garnacha) — Clear red with pinkish tones and small, persistent bubbles. Gentle raspberry and blackcurrant aromas with tertiary lees notes. Full in the mouth with great elegance and a long finish.
