James Suckling 94 Points | Aromas of crushed stones, dark berries, and blueberries follow through to a medium to full body with creamy tannins and a medium-chewy finish. Chocolate at the end. Two or three years of bottle age will bring this around nicely. Drink after 2024.
Winemaker Description
A standard-setting Super Tuscan red blend renowned for its intense and intriguing character. Ruffino Modus opens with aromas of mature red and black cherries, plums, and small blackberries. A blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot — each variety contributing structure, depth, and fruit complexity in equal measure.
