Our Notes:
Pure, flinty, and edgy, this is classic Village level Chablis. The white orchard fruit and citrus character is restrained and delicate. Aged in stainless steel tanks, it spends 10 months on the fine lees. This is a wine to be enjoyed with salads, fowl, and other lighter dishes, as well as soft cheeses.
