Memo Notes
The 2022 growing season was warm, which gave this wine more volume and richness than the leaner 2021, but Billaud’s signature precision remains intact.

Aroma: Classic “Kimmeridgian” mineral notes of crushed chalk and seashell, followed by yellow plum, white flowers, and a hint of beeswax.

Palate: Vibrant and electric. Expect a core of lemon zest, green apple, and white peach. The texture is slightly creamy from the lees aging but is driven by a distinct saline (salty) streak.
