Bottega Rose Gold is a 100% Pinot Noir Prosecco from Lombardy in Italy. The cool climate and hilly terrain makes the ideal place for sparkling wine production.
On the eye: A salmon pink color with a fine, persistent mousse. On the nose: Peach and summer berries. On the palate: Fresh and crisp with floral notes and flavors of strawberry and peach. Fresh and fragrant with sweet peach and summer berries on the nose.
Excels as an aperitif or with fish and chicken dishes. Also great with fruit desserts.
