Description
Winemaker Michael Bartier has the knack for creating flavorful vibrant Chardonnay, in this case from their estate Cerqueira vineyard in the Southern Okanagan. Less is more means lower alcohol but excellent linger, subtle peach and tropical fruit and great texture. Try with salmon dishes, pasta or shellfish.
