Reposado that is rested (less than a year). The aging imparts a richer aroma and flavors of the Highland blends i.e. a continuation of the Blanco maturation journey.
In terms of the overall experience getting the best of the French and American oak barrels finish.
AROMA
Richer & smoother aroma at the same time not overwhelming.
Palate. Balanced flavors between oak and the fruity flavors of agave.
What lingers on the tongue, longer & richer flavors of cooked agave. In other words, delicately balanced.
