Robber’s is a Maryland-style rye with a high corn mash bill of 44% corn, giving this whiskey a more fruit-forward characteristic similar to that of a bourbon. The whiskey hits the palate with a typical rye spice, but is quickly masked with dried cherry, slight vanilla, hint of tobacco, and a slight nutty flavor.
