Built from a foundation of 59% Blanco, blended with 13% Reposado, 26% Añejo, and 2% Extra Añejo, this expression brings together the best of both worlds.
Every batch of No.7 Joven is blended to taste, not to formula, by the skilled and passionate Cazcanes team. We hand-select and taste through each component — one barrel at a time — building a profile that lets the vibrancy of our Blanco shine while layering in the depth and elegance of our aged expressions.
