Yellowstone’s Special Finishes Collection is an ever-growing exploration of finishes and perspectives on their iconic bourbon profile. By finishing for nine weeks in rum cask barrels straight from Havana, Cuba, Yellowstone imparts notes of spice and tropical sweetness on their 4-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey. Gingerbread, poached pear, and fresh-cut hay aromas lead to toasted marshmallow, crème brûlée, toffee, and toasted oak flavours.
