This 28-barrel batch starts with a small batch of Sweet Mash Bourbon and then ages it a second time in new, charred American Oak barrels for over a year. The result is a Sweet Mash Bourbon with notes of sweet and balanced maple syrup and oak that quickly build to a delicious hint of smoke and tobacco that lingers on the palate before building to a spice-forward finish.
