Wild Nature wines, symbolise the outmost care and respect for the soil, terroir and the environment where these wines come from. Pioneers in organic farming since 1974, each Wild Nature bottle’s label is dedicated to the wildlife inhabiting their estates, located in Venice and Verona provinces, to further stress their effort to maintain a balance ecosystem and respect for plants and wildlife.
Fruity and fragrant Prosecco with hints of golden apple and white flower. Elegant palate with distinctive clean citrus flavours and long lasting fresh.
Opening the bottle comes the gas pleasantly exhaling the aroma of citrus fruits and delicate yeast, which in this case are wild.
In the mouth, delicate perlage, continuity of citrus fruits, but without exaggeration and in the end that brioche flavor typical of good white sparkling wines.
For those interested in sugar, this Prosecco is extra brut, that is, very low content, but subtly noticeable.
