Description
Pisa Liqueur is a smooth Italian nut liqueur built around three of Tuscany’s most beloved nuts — hazelnut, almond and pistachio. If you love amaretto or Frangelico, this is the same family with an extra dimension: where most stop at a single nut, Pisa layers all three for a rounder, more complex sip.
It pours a warm copper hue and opens with an aroma of toasted nuts and soft vanilla. On the palate it’s lusciously nutty and sweet — almost like liquid marzipan — with a gentle bitter edge that keeps it from cloying, and a finish that fades to a delicate hint of nuts and orange. At a gentle 24% ABV it’s made for unhurried, after-dinner sipping.
Enjoy it neat or over ice as a digestif, stir a measure into espresso, or let it shine in dessert — drizzled over vanilla gelato or folded into a tiramisu. It also makes a handsome, slightly unexpected gift for anyone who loves Italian liqueurs.
