Description

The Artist Edition

Château Minuty has collaborated with a different artist each year to create a limited-edition label for its iconic M Rosé. The 2025 edition by Lucia Vinti, an Italian illustrator based in London whose hand-crafted work — pencil, paint, and collage — celebrates people, places, food, and culture in a vibrantly colorful, joyful style.

This bottle is a natural dialogue between wine and gastronomy, from the glass to the table — a Mediterranean art of living expressed through both the wine and the art that adorns it.

Tasting Notes

Color: Clear and brilliant, with a pale hue and delicate hints of rose petals.

Nose: Precise and complex — aromas of red berries intertwined with notes of white-fleshed fruit.

Palate: Generous yet vibrant, with a lingering, harmonious finish. Fresh, fruit-forward, and unmistakably Provençal.

Winemaking

Grapes are gently pressed before low-temperature fermentation. No malolactic fermentation is carried out, preserving the wine’s vibrant, fruit-forward character. Certified HVE Level 3.

Food Pairings
  • Aperitif: olives, tapas, tarama, vegetable chips
  • Summer salads: Caprese, Niçoise, tomato & mozzarella
  • Small shellfish, pink shrimp, seafood platters
  • Pan-seared starters and light Mediterranean bites

Serve between 8–10°C. Best enjoyed through 2026.
