Sartarelli is one of the few Italian wineries which focuses exclusively on single variety production – Verdicchio. The Classico is a gentle but well-structured wine offering aromas of white peaches, apples and ripe pears to meld with a succulent, bitter almond finish. Best paired with salted cod, chicken saltimbocca, pesto pastaand bruschetta.
