The Spanish word “Hito” means milestone — a stonepost used to indicate direction or distance on roads, or to delimit fields. A clean, bright pale pink in color, the nose reveals sweet, fruity aromas of ripe strawberries, red currants, and rose florals. On the palate, it is refreshing, balanced, and lively with a good acidity that makes it easy to drink. A benchmark rosé from one of Ribera del Duero’s most celebrated producers.
