Organic, no added sulfite, unfiltered. Crafted from ungrafted Gamay vines, this natural wine diplays a nose of spices (cinnamon, cloves), flowers (violet, rose) and ripe red fruits. Lively, fleshy and fruity with a moderate tannic structure, this cuvée is a pure expression of Gamay. A wine for friends to enjoy in its youth with charcuterie, grilled white meat or tuna.
