Biodynamic. ThisMalbec (locally called Cot in Loire) displays an intense nose of black fruit, herbal undertones, graphite notes and hint of smokiness. This shows elegance and explosive aromatics with a core of sweet cassis, a sappy old-vine intensity and chewy rich texture, with a perfect balance between the acidity and the soft tannins. This wine should be open a least a couple of hours or decanted prior enjoying it.
