Description
At the top of the Mâconnais hierarchy, Pouilly-Fuissé is Burgundy’s great white wine of the south — and Louis Jadot’s expression is a benchmark of the appellation. Sourced from the villages of Fuissé, Pouilly, Loché, and Vinzelles, this is a Chardonnay of genuine complexity: rich and structured, yet precise and fresh. Judicious oak use adds texture without obscuring the wine’s terroir-driven character.

Tasting Notes
The nose opens with aromas of fresh apple, honey, and white flowers. On the palate, elegant and rich — toasted hazelnuts, citrus zest, and a creamy mid-palate give way to a long, mineral finish. A “mini-Meursault” at a far more approachable price.
Pair with roasted salmon, shellfish in garlic butter, or creamy cheeses like Brie or Camembert.
