About the Domaine
Located in Pouilly-sur-Loire in the heart of the Loire Valley, Domaine Gilles Chollet farms 30 acres of clay-limestone and sandy soils with southwestern exposure. Vines are cultivated using sustainable “Lutte Raisonnée” methods. Gilles worked the vineyards for over a decade before taking over from his father, investing in high-performance fermentation equipment to maximize aromatic expression.
