Palmes d’Or is the prestige cuvee of Nicolas Feuillatte — the house’s flagship Champagne and its most refined expression. The blend is built from roughly equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, sourced largely from Grand Cru villages of the Champagne region — Chardonnay for finesse and citrus lift, Pinot Noir for structure and depth. After extended ageing on the lees in the cellar, it pours golden with amber glints and a fine, persistent stream of bubbles.
On the nose it’s generous and layered: fresh white fruits, dried almond and apricot with a hint of spice. The palate opens with redcurrant and citrus, then unfolds into fig, grilled hazelnut and yellow stone fruit, all underpinned by a distinctive chalky minerality and a delicate smoky note. The finish is long, fresh and saline — the hallmark of a true prestige Champagne.
