James E. Pepper 1776 Straight Rye Whiskey has delicate floral aromas of dried peach, nougat, creme brulee, and pepper with a supple, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a buttercream, orange spice cake finish. Rounds out nicely with a few drops of water.
