Jeio is the Prosecco DOC line from Bisol, one of the Valdobbiadene region’s most storied families — named in honor of Desiderio Bisol, the patriarch whose wife affectionately called him “Jeio.” Desiderio was a visionary: he sought out only the steepest, most difficult-to-farm plots in the region, believing that the challenge of the terrain produced Glera of exceptional quality. His instinct was right. The Glera grown on these high-altitude sites outside Valdobbiadene is especially rich in malic acid, giving the wine a dynamic, evolved character that sets it apart from ordinary Prosecco. Fresh, saline, and built for the aperitivo hour.
Brilliant straw yellow with an extremely fine and lively perlage. The nose is intense and fresh — citrus fruits, white flowers, and saline sensations. On the palate, it is fruit-forward and refreshing with bright acidity and a clean, crisp finish. Everything you want from a great Prosecco, nothing you don’t.
